Adept at bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, they should have hands-on experience in Program Increment (PI) planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews. A deep understanding of SAFe practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide teams in adhering to SAFe methodologies is essential. Relevant certification in SAFe and a proven track record in a similar role are highly desirable.Requirements
