About This Opportunity:


In this role, you will play a central role in providing financial guidance on business transformation projects and strategic long-term initiatives of Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited.

You will report to Senior Manager, Finance, working in partnership with engineering, strategic infrastructure planning (SIP), and operation teams.


Responsibilities:


  • Function as a key internal point of contact for business transformation and capital projects
  • Assess the financial feasibility of capital projects including reviewing the IRR, NPV, Payback period and guiding the business on key sensitivities that may significantly impact these metrics
  • Recognize risks within projects that may hinder financial performance and identify opportunities to offset any gaps in plan
  • Conduct postimplementation analysis and analyze any variances that arise between the actuals and plan
  • Assist in the development of the annual budget and monthly rolling estimates for supply chain & operating unit by ensuring that financial impacts of future business transformation and capital projects are included
  • Prepare monthly reporting on project statuses
  • Perform monthend closing, forecast, and budget activities
  • Conduct management review of P&L results

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • Professional Accounting Certification (CPA) or in active pursuit of designation is an asset
  • 5+ years' related experience, including supply chain or project accounting
  • Advanced financial modelling and MS Excel skills to manipulate and analyze data
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and Property Plant and Equipment (PPE) practices
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to work with all organizational levels
  • Ability to embrace a dynamic, complex, fastpaced, and deadlinedriven environment
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Occasional travel needed (510%)
