Due to continued growth, we are hiring a full-time
Operations & Customer Service Supervisorto join our team of dedicated workers in Woodbridge.

This job requires a Saturday through Wednesday shift due to the needs of our business.

Responsibilities Include:


  • Successfully pick and prepare all orders accurately and ontime for delivery
  • Coordinate and assist our Driver with delivery preparations
  • Responsible for inventory management and controls, and overall management of the return of inventory from customers
  • Source and order supplies that we do not carry for customers as required
  • Address customer concerns and contract issues to ensure positive customer service experience
  • Provide leadership to the Operations department including hiring, training, performance management, safety support, etc.
  • Coordinate closely with the Laundry team and address calls for most operations business issues and inquiries
  • Develop effective operational strategies that lower company expenses and improve customer experiences and overall operational efficiencies
  • Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of operations improvements and competition
  • Ensure all Healthy & Safety protocols are being followed in the operations department including the laundry team
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time consistent with this position.

Experience and other Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar leadership role required
  • Events industry experience considered an asset, but not required
  • Related college level educational background or similar education and/or experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.), including strong proficiency and working knowledge of various social media platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask competing priorities required
  • Excellent communication skills with previous experience in a customer servicerelated position; relationship building skills and professionalism required
  • Valid Ontario Drivers' License, reliable vehicle and good driving record required as this role will require limited local travel
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs. without restriction and work on your feet for large portions of the day.
