We are looking for a Customer Support Administrator, Fleet Delivery, to join Element Fleet Management.

As the Customer Support Administrator,, Fleet Delivery you will be responsible for working with Element's network of delivering fleet vehicle dealers to answer questions and resolve issues around new vehicle deliveries.

You will obtain status on new vehicle deliveries and obtain delivery dates to drives revenue.


A Day in the Life Adding notes to the system and status tracker- Resolving any problems the dealer is having with delivery- Interact with others as necessary to research and resolve issues.- Maintain accurate and up to date records on the status of unresolved issues- Service Clouds (cases) - many questions (status, move request, temp tag expiring, damage, install status, etc)- Returned fax letters from the dealer advising status- Factory Follow up- Take appropriate action to resolve issues delaying the receipt of invoices or delivery of vehicles.


Requirements:


  • High school diploma or GED; 24 year postsecondary degree preferred years business experience required, with direct client or vendor interaction preferred
  • Experience working within financial services, or fleet industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience utilizing salesforce preferred.
