Job Brief:

Working in teams of 2-3 individuals you are tasked with rolling out/installing a new store fixture initiative throughout Ontario for a major global company.

The Role:
Retail Warehouse Associate - Part Time Contract - NIAGARA REGION - approx 35 hours per week

The Perfect Person for The Role:
You are a dynamic, motivated, self-starter with a passion for winning. You love being on the road, working collaboratively. You enjoy physical labour and working with your hands. You're someone who takes pride in completing tasks well.

Estimated duration of the project is 3-5 months and could be the perfect summer employment for students. Some potential for continued employment beyond the scope of this project.

Full commitment to complete the project is essential.

What You Will Be Doing Every Day:

Work in team(s) of 2-3 individuals.
Loading transport vehicle (small truck or van) with necessary parts for work day(s) from warehouse.
Driving to retail locations located throughout Ontario.
Moving new shelf fixture accessory equipment into store.
Removing consumer product, and old shelf fixture accessories (if any).
Changing the position of multiple 8' steel warehouse style beams
Installing new fixture accessories.
Restocking consumer products.
Ensuring retail environment is pristine.

Your Experience:

Must-Have:

Valid Driver's License with no offenses in past 3 years
Ability to travel with some overnight stays

Nice to Have:

Previous experience in similar type installations
Location available to park small truck or van overnight

A few other things we'll expect from you:

Ability to lift 50lbs above shoulders
Ability to reach items located on top shelves
Ability to use the following tools:
Dead Blow non-marring faced mallet
Pry bar
Angle reading smartphone AP
Hand truck for moving shelving equipment
