Bouygues Energies & Services is a leading provider of Facility Management services to a range of clients across Canada and, through our parent company, globally.

Our Canadian projects include the government, aviation industry, and healthcare and entertainment sectors.

Currently, we are seeking a full-time Security Guard to join our team at OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino.

Reporting to the Security Supervisor, the principal duties of a Security Guard are to protect the property from theft and vandalism, to control access throughout the facility, and respond to emergency and security-related calls.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Protecting the property from theft and vandalism.
Controlling access to the facility.
Arming and disarming all doors.
Performing escort services for employees, visitors, and subcontractors.
Reporting on securityrelated incidents and their resolution.
Responding to all emergency calls, including fire alarms.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 23 years of previous customerfacing security guard experience.
Completion of secondary school education is required. Additional security training would be an asset.
Previous experience using alarm response tracking within a CMMS.
Good interpersonal skills to successfully interact with employees, students, and the public.
Physically fit with the ability to stand and walk for long periods.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to pass the required Security Clearance Check (CPIC).

This is a unionized position with UFCW Local 102.
