The Clinical Advisory Manager for the First Nations Molecular Point of Care (POC) Program will be responsible for developing implementing and overseeing projects nationally.

Responsibilities
- The role requires working closely with Flinders University team to provide high quality project management across implementation initiatives.
- This includes development implementation review of work plans project systems governance structures in collaboration with project teams partner organisations to ensure efficient effective implementation running of program including reporting.

Qualifications
- Master Public Health equivalent postgraduate qualification relevant field highly desirable Registered Medical Practitioner AHPRA FRACGP equivalent OR a Registered Nurse APHRA essential Experience working Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander people understanding approach skills personal attributes required Demonstrated experience clinical programme strategy development governance policy Project management experience understanding project life cycle strategic development project plans objectives documentation Excellent consultation influencing negotiation skills proven ability engage effectively foster strong healthy relationships diverse stakeholders achieve successful outcomes
