We are currently looking for a Customer Service Intern in Ottawa, ON for three months
End of May to End of August
.

What will my daily life look like?

Provide excellent customer service using professional communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities order taking, scheduling deliveries and assisting counter sales customers.
Set and authorize delivery dates based on knowledge of delivery schedules and staffing levels.
Ensure the accuracy of computer transactions.
Maintain customer relationships through telephone goodwill to existing customers.
Maintain and transmit all relevant competitive sales knowledge directly to the Branch Manager for dissemination to outside sales representatives.
Support Beacon's strong safety culture.

What are the requirements?

Available full time during the summer season
Training in sales, customer service or office automation (DEP, AEC, etc.)
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to seek out opportunities to improve customer service orientation through better understanding and empathy for the customer experience.
Clear communication skills.
