What you will be doing:

  • Provide full telephone services and respond to routine inquires;
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (HR, payroll, finance, employee campus files);
  • Direct external and internal customers/students appropriately;
  • Prepare, collect and sort all incoming and outgoing correspondence; and
  • Handle, balance and prepare cash receipts, bank deposits, bank reconciliations

What you will need to be considered:

  • One-year Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent; and
  • Oneyear of relevant clerical experience, preferrably in an educational or government agency setting, with multiple assignment responsibilities.
The incumbent may be required to provide a criminal reference check.
