Kingston Dodge is currently looking for a
Customer
Service Advisor to join our fast-paced Service Department. The position includes a combination of Automotive Service Advisor and Customer Service duties.

Responsibilities (determined by business levels)**:

Service Advisor:

Providing an excellent and personalized experience for all service customers;
Working as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service results to targets as determined by leadership;
Ensuring as many customers as possible adhere to our recommended maintenance schedule;
Resolving customers' vehicle issues with care and empathy;
Liaising with technicians to ensure the best understanding of vehicle repairs;
Completing sales, customer service and technical vehicle training in order to always be up to date on modern service strategies;
Interacting with parts, sales and accounting departments in a way that ensures we all work together as a team;
Being willing to adapt new processes when needed as customer expectations evolve.
Other duties as required.

Customer Service:

Answering inbound calls using scripts and processes to ensure recommended maintenance adherence and customer satisfaction;
Customer outreach before appointments to build relationships and get out in front of any potential issues/special requests;
Working with the manager to execute campaigns on a seasonal basis to offer special deals and promotions to customers;
Completion of rust protection claims and booking for customers.
Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Customer service: 5 years (required)
Relevant automotive experience: 2 years (preferred)
