Join our team of residential condominium concierge and security service specialists in Surrey (close to skytrain).
CMI Concierge and Security Inc. is Vancouver's Premier Provider of Concierge and Security Services to Condominium Residences.
We are expanding our services and we are looking for a
Full-time night concierge in Vancouver.
Shifts: 11pm to 7am**
Experience and skills:
- Customer
- first attitude
- Skilled in handling difficult situations
- Positive and friendly
- Clear communication, speaking and writing
- Able to train and develop staff from a variety of backgrounds
- Organized, attentive to detail
Valid BC Security License
Position Summary
The concierge/security guard serves as liaison between owners, residents, management and trades and helps maintain the security and value of the property.
Concierge services cover three major areas:
- Administrative & Customer Service
- Security and Safety
- Emergency Response
