Description

As a Service/Support team member you will:

Have a desire to learn
Provide service support when required
Work closely with production shop
Maintain and create shop drawings
Maintain parts data base
Provide service support when required
Maintain QA audit sheets
Arrange logistics, customs documentation for delivery of equipment
Work with customers final transaction payment and paperwork

Education

Mechanical Technologist or Technician Diploma preferred but not required

Qualifications

General knowledge of mechanical engineering, machine design
Basic knowledge of 12vdc electrical circuits
Basic knowledge of open loop hydraulics
Comfortable with learning machine software troubleshooting

Primary Tasks

Maintain Engineering documents
Provide technical support for service department
Troubleshoot service issues with customers when service work load is high

Software Skills

Solid Works CAD
Microsoft office products proficiency
Salary based pay structure
Medical, dental and life insurance

2 weeks holidays
Possible travel within North America
Shop floor assembly and equipment set up training
Service and customer support training

$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
