Duties:
The incumbent functions as the Financial Analyst, Office Manager and Administrative Assistant for the Offices of Agricultural Affairs in Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal, providing oversight, guidance and supervisory input for all financial expenditures and administrative procedures
Work includes:
direct support to the Minister Counselor for Agricultural Affairs; develop, execute, and reconcile FAS annual budgets; primary liaison with Embassy and Consulates General sections; develop, maintain, and advise on standard operating procedures; train staff and American officers on office operations and local practices; procure and manage physical property inventory; administer human resource management policies.

Seven years of progressively responsible work experience in the area of financial & administrative management is required.
