Description

THE OPPORTUNITY

Imagine being a Managing Broker of only brand new condos where you get to do the right thing for buyers directly, without having to negotiate with the developer or try to hold them accountable.

This is a unique opportunity to work with the developer of brand new, carbon-free condos who stands behind their product and believes in doing the right thing.

You would be helping us evolve the industry from an "us versus them" mentality into a cohesive team approach, building communities where people love where they live.

Our focus is on community building, not policing.

You would be helping us start our strata management division from scratch, with the goal to make the Highstreet brand stand out for buyers as not only a high quality multifamily home, but also a wonderful place to live post purchase with a community they love and a developer who takes care of any problem that comes up.

WHY HIGHSTREET?

Our vision is that everyone in Highstreet's community will want their friends to work with us, live with us and invest with us.

Help us achieve that vision.

Key duties of the Managing Broker will include:

  • Being mentor for our community staff
  • Training and assisting community staff to understand the strata requirements
  • Building a team culture for success at creating a community where people love living
  • Challenging the status quo to make improvements, capitalize on opportunities, and problemsolve
  • Keeping up to date with regulatory and policy changes and ensure Highstreet is always working within those regulations.
  • Providing routine training sessions with the community teams
