    The Corporate Finance area is a financial group comprised of several key teams such as Investment Finance, Chief Accountant, Financial Planning and Expense Management, all of which work closely together to support key financial deliverables and functions such as quarterly financial results, planning/forecasting, accounting control and expense governance. In addition, this area supports critical senior management decision making and information sharing.

    Reporting to the Manager, CoE Controllership, the Accountant will support key deliverable, maintain strong financial controls and governance focus on accuracy and timeliness of deliverables and respond to ad-hoc requests that arise. The incumbent will be a highly skilled financial professional who has significant hands-on experience with month end closing process, financial control, and analysis and reporting.

    What will you do?

  • Manage total company Long-Term Incentives accounting /booking/reporting.
  • Support SAP EFDW report built for Controllership and Expense Management team.
  • Support month-end closing transactions
  • Support external and internal auditor requests
  • Other ad-hoc projects, analysis and backup support for other members in the team as required
  • Preparing and submitting journal entries with appropriate backup documentation including accruals, reallocation, expense deferrals and drawdowns
  • Account Reconciliations

    • What do you need to succeed?

  • University degree with concentration in Accounting
  • CPA designation
  • SAP hands-on experience
  • Strong team spirit, results oriented, critical thinking, high sense of ownership
  • Demonstrated strength and ability to design and implement processes
  • Strong prioritization and organization skills -- capable of meeting deadlines in a high performance environment
  • Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and within a team environment
  • Excellent analytical, logical, and organizational skills required – able to provide clear and concise summaries of relevant data, observations and recommendations to management

    • Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in areas of Month end close and control and Intercompany reporting
  • Proficient with desktop applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint ,Tableau
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Hyperion applications
