Trade-Mark Industrial Inc. is a leading multi-trade contractor serving mostly South-Western Ontario and several states through the US based sister company.


Position Summary:


This buyer / Rental Coordinator role is responsible for; Sourcing multiple prices for hardgoods & consumables as well as securing jobsite equipment rentals, issuing/maintaining rental PO's in our ERP system, filing associated paperwork and rental status follow up with jobsite contacts.


Job responsibilities (including, but not limited to the following):

  • Using created price matrix find and secure rental for all Trade-Mark group of companies.
  • Create and maintain purchase orders for secured rentals and material for various trades.
  • Follow up with site contact on rental / order status, coordinating returns and extensions.
  • Monitor vendor rental portals for rental reconciliation.
  • File all necessary paperwork associated with rental extensions, service, off rents, etc.
  • Record/track nonconformances related to rental PO late delivery, service issues, invoice issues
  • Under direction of Buyer, get quotes for unique rental items or items that are not on the pricing matrixes.
  • Resolving issues and discrepancies with vendor invoices, POs and packing slips
  • Maintain documents, filings, and other reports in accordance with the company's policies and practices.
  • Updating and maintaining pricing databases
  • Cross training with other team members
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • College Diploma
  • At least 2 years of data entry experience.
  • Data entry experience within a Purchasing department is a great asset.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Windowsbased programs.
  • High level of entry accuracy and speed is required.
  • Experience using Jonas enterprise construction software is an asset

Salary:
$35.00-$45.00 per hour
