What you'll discover.
The _Indeka Group _is a leader in the distribution of footwear in Canada.

Brands include Nine West, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Earth Shoes, JB Goodhue, Santana Canada, Aquatherm Canada, just to name a few.

Countries of import include Europe, Far East and USA.

We are looking for an Inside Sales Administrator that is energetic, detail oriented, accurate and looking to grow within our Company.

In this role you will report directly to our Brand Coordinator Supervisor, but will also work very closely with our Brand Manager to assist in managing day to day activities.

What you'll do.

Provide administrative support to the Brand Managers and Coordinators.
Prepare available to sell line sheets regarding the various selected brands.
Complete allocations of inventory in Navision when required.
Ensure specs & special pricing gets entered correctly in Navision.
Prepare Ecomm templates.
Ensure seasonal code changeover is completed/managed.
Prepare invoice cover sheets.

What you'll need.

Post secondary Education.
12 years experience working in a fast paced environment.
Experience in Sales Administration in either Wholesale or Retail (preferably in the Fashion industry) would be considered an asset.
Strong Excel, Word & some photo shop experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize, strong time management skills.
Desire to learn and grow.

$40,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
