    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical and Controls Engineer to contribute to our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the CTO, the ideal candidate will bring expertise in controls and automation, with a focus on process control, instrumentation, and motion control. This is a senior-level design role, and the successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating, designing, and troubleshooting control systems.
    Control System Design:
    Evaluate existing and future control system architectures.
    Develop detailed electrical and instrumentation designs.
    Utilize AutoCAD Electrical for design and documentation purposes.
    Design PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems, with expertise in Rockwell ControlLogix and FactoryTalk platforms.
    Experience in industrial robotic integration, preferably with ABB robots.
    Familiarity with FactoryTalk as the preferred PLC platform for SCADA components.
    Technical Expertise:
    Electrical system design, including 3-phase power calculations.
    Instrumentation and controls, covering process instrumentation, PLCs, Motion Control, and Drives.
    Advanced PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming.
    Electrical power distribution architecture design.
    Automation control system architecture design.
    SCADA and remote access system design.
    Commissioning and Troubleshooting:
    Lead commissioning activities for electrical and control systems.
    Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both new and existing systems on-site and in the field.
    Travel as necessary to support projects and collaborate with the Jacksonville, FL team members.

    Nous sommes à la recherche d'un ingénieur principal en électricité et en contrôle hautement qualifié et expérimenté pour contribuer à notre équipe dynamique. Directement rattaché au directeur technique, le candidat idéal apportera son expertise en matière de contrôle et d'automatisation, avec un accent particulier sur le contrôle des processus, l'instrumentation et le contrôle des mouvements. Il s'agit d'un poste de conception de haut niveau, et le candidat retenu jouera un rôle clé dans l'évaluation, la conception et le dépannage des systèmes de contrôle.
    Conception de systèmes de contrôle:
    Évaluer les architectures de systèmes de contrôle existantes et futures.
    Élaborer des conceptions électriques et d'instrumentation détaillées.
    Utiliser AutoCAD Electrical à des fins de conception et de documentation.
    Concevoir des systèmes PLC, HMI et SCADA, avec une expertise dans les plateformes Rockwell ControlLogix et FactoryTalk.
    Expérience de l'intégration de la robotique industrielle, de préférence avec des robots ABB.
    Familiarité avec FactoryTalk en tant que plateforme PLC préférée pour les composants SCADA.
    Expertise technique:

    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    5+ years of experience in a senior design role.
    Proven experience in controls, instrumentation, and automation.
    Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical.
    Knowledge of industrial robotic integration, preferably with ABB.
