At Nous, we set you up for success. We've designed a graduate induction program to help you learn key consulting skills and extend your knowledge quickly.
Your development doesn't end at induction, it continues for your time at Nous with a wide range of learning opportunities through check-ins, webinars, online training, on-project learning, and formal learning programs.
Our graduate consultants have the opportunity to work across all services lines, gaining experience across strategy, public policy, implementation, organizational performance, leadership & capability, data & analytics, digital, and design.
