    Job Description - S/4HANA Technical Lead
    S/4HANA Technical Lead

    We are seeking a candidate with over 12 years of experience as an S/4HANA Technical Lead, showcasing a robust understanding of S/4HANA ABAP.

    The candidate should have completed at least 2 S/4HANA conversion projects (SAP ECC to S/4HANA upgrade) and 1 S/4HANA Implementation project.

    Candidates with expertise in Fiori and SAP BTP Integration Suite will be preferred.

    Hands-on experience in SAP Suite on HANA (SoH) or S/4HANA, or at least SAP Upgrade experience, i.e., Unicode conversion, SPAU/SPDD, ABAP support on Basis upgrades, or Functional testing, etc.

    Demonstrated passion for quality, on-time delivery, customer focus, open-mindedness, and self-motivation.
    Knowledge of SAP product standards, cloud qualities, and coding guidelines in the development environment.
    Understanding of in-memory technologies, such as SAP HANA.

    Good familiarity with other new SAP technologies such as Fiori/SAPUI5, SAP Cloud Platform (SCP) / SAP HANA Cloud Platform (HCP).

    SAP Certification in S/4HANA ABAP.

    Strong analytical skills, the ability to perform system analysis, draw conclusions from different sources, including root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.

    Drive Technical and Solution workshops with the Client team.
    Manage offshore and onshore technical teams along with technical deliverables.
