    Join Our Team as a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Technician

    Are you ready to be part of an expanding team in the HVAC industry? Ashton Mechanical Group is currently looking for experienced Senior Commercial HVAC/R Technicians to join our vibrant Commercial Team.

    About Ashton Mechanical Group:

    • We are a family-owned business with a workforce of over 90 individuals serving Metro Vancouver for more than 35 years.
    • Our Commercial Team manages service contracts for 400+ buildings, ensuring continuous work throughout the year.
    • We have a strong history of working with reputable companies and municipal governments, including City of Vancouver, City of Richmond, Cadillac Fairview, and more.

    Your Role:

    • Perform service, replacement, and maintenance tasks.
    • Ensure job sites are properly set up and follow quality and safety guidelines.
    • Maintain a tidy and well-equipped company vehicle.
    • Collaborate with colleagues and mentor apprentices in the HVAC and Refrigeration field.
    • Stay updated on industry practices through training programs.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Hold a Red Seal Refrigeration and B-Gas ticket (or equivalent).
    • Demonstrated experience in refrigeration and heating maintenance.
    • Proficient in troubleshooting.
    • Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials used in commercial refrigeration services.
    • Possess a Class 5 license with a clean driving record.
    • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
    • Ability to clear a Police Background Check.
