Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of direct reports, providing coaching, performance goal setting and related feedback with appropriate delegation
Provide structure and guidance around job costing
Support ERP migrations and company integrations
Provide detailed assistance in the budgeting process
Ensure reporting is done accurately and on time
Implement effective communication strategies for finance team
Train and mentor employees fostering career growth and continuous improvement
Manage performance of direct reports in a multilocation environment
Work through annual audit process with team
Support corporate finance initiatives
Assist the Corporate Controller various senior level finance tasks
Complete finance functions as required in order to ensure the smooth running of the department

Qualifications and educational requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience in leading a diverse accounting team.
Ability to work in a multicompany environment.
Relevant postsecondary education with diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA strongly preferred
High skill in MS Excel and accounting ERP, Epicor is ideal.
Job costing, budgeting, and ERP integration.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
