Full time in-office position near Bathurst and Lawrence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in hiring and managing the team of planning and developmentrelated consultants specific to each project;
Coordinate projectspecific community engagement strategies and negotiations with municipal planning staff, councillors, and community stakeholders;
Coordinate the execution of all municipal requirements (agreements, etc.) during and after the entitlement process;
Work closely with the construction team to ensure that all municipal requirements continue to be complied with during construction;
Assist in creating and presenting reports to the partners, team members, investors and advisors;
Provide planning and developmentrelated research and information to support the executive team in underwriting all prospective acquisitions; and
Proudly represent and contribute to Altree's brand through active participation and leadership in programs and organizations in and out of the development industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A Master's degree with a focus in planning (RPP eligibility is an asset)
1 year of relevant industry experience
An understanding of land use planning policy documents and municipal approvals process, preferably in Toronto
Ability to represent Altree professionally with owners, consultants, and professional associations
Strong technical writing, communication skills
Ability to take direction and execute responsibilities competently
Demonstrated ability to respond to multiple, conflicting and shifting priorities and deadlines
Capable of being a team player, working as a member of various multidisciplinary teams
Type G Driver's license with access to a vehicle

Salary:
$70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
