Wordpress Error After Upgrade

Job summary
I upgraded the Wordpress version of the website and the website does not load anymore...Also when doing a Google search, it looks like the site was hacked... Need to get both things fixed... I turned off all the plugins and it seemed to fix the redirect google issue...
