is a manufacturer and distributor of hardware products to the retail trade across Canada and is located in New Hamburg, Ontario, 10 minutes west of Kitchener.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to start immediately. This position is considered Permanent Full-time with approximate hours of 36 per week.


Responsibilities will include data entry of online customer orders working within several web platforms, invoicing customer orders, filing of customer orders, providing product information and quotations to existing customers and providing support to our sales reps across Canada.
