Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing a positive first impression.
- Accurately process customer orders, using a computerized cash register system, and handle cash transactions.
- Ensure prompt and efficient service by promptly attending to customer needs and inquiries.
- Assist customers in making menu choices and provide information on daily specials and promotions.
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food ingredients and supplies, promptly notifying the manager of any shortages.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring proper storage, handling, and cooking techniques are followed at all times.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, cooking utensils, and equipment regularly to maintain a safe and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate order preparation and ensure timely delivery of meals to customers.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, such as restocking supplies, and supporting overall restaurant operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or fastfood environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary or food handling certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with wing cooking techniques and flavor profiles.
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems.
- Experience in inventory management and control.
