• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing a positive first impression.
• Accurately process customer orders, using a computerized cash register system, and handle cash transactions.
• Ensure prompt and efficient service by promptly attending to customer needs and inquiries.
• Assist customers in making menu choices and provide information on daily specials and promotions.
• Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food ingredients and supplies, promptly notifying the manager of any shortages.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring proper storage, handling, and cooking techniques are followed at all times.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, cooking utensils, and equipment regularly to maintain a safe and organized kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate order preparation and ensure timely delivery of meals to customers.
• Assist with other tasks as needed, such as restocking supplies, and supporting overall restaurant operations.

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or fastfood environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Culinary or food handling certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with wing cooking techniques and flavor profiles.
• Knowledge of restaurant POS systems.
• Experience in inventory management and control.
