Job summary
I am a real estate investor with IRS Automated Lien System (ALS) Notices of Federal Tax Liens obtained via FOIA.
The data is delivered as large pipe-delimited TXT files (10+ files, 250k+ lines each; millions of records total). I need an experienced data analyst / engineer to process, merge, and analyze this data to produce a Texas-only investment target list.
This project is well-defined and fixed-scope. Please do not apply unless you are comfortable working with multi-million-row datasets.
