Job Details

• Perform opening and closings as well as regular maintenance/service of hot tubs/spas
• Understanding of chemistry and proper maintenance of pools and hot tubs/spas

- nstallation and plumbing of pumps, filters, heaters, chemical feeders and other hot tub/spa related equipment

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing issues related to hot tubs/spas
• Submitting warranty claims
• Have knowledge of automation panels; understanding how to diagnose and program
• Maintaining adequate parts and supplies and ordering as needed
• Complete scheduled service calls in an accurate and efficient manner
• Maintain a safe and organized service vehicle and its contents
• Complete all necessary paperwork and work orders neatly and accurately
• Interact with customers with confidence in a professional manner

*Must have valid license in good standing

**Must have a minimum of 2 years hot tub/spa service experience

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)
