In this vital role you will join our bioassay team in In Vitro Pharmacology group to discover novel therapeutic antibodies.

Essential Functions:

Conduct experiments to develop assays and screen molecules for therapeutic antibody discovery
Use of laboratory techniques such as: mammalian cell culture and transfection, ELISA, flow cytometry, fluorescence imaging
Use of laboratory equipment such as: multimode plate readers, imaging systems, flow cytometers, liquid handlers
Experimental design, execution, and data analysis/documentation
Critical evaluation and presentation of experimental data

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree

OR

Master's degree & 4 years of directly related experience

OR

Bachelor's degree & 6 years of directly related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Deep expertise in bioassays such as cytokine release assay, cell activation/proliferation assays, phosphorylation assays, reporter assays, and ADCC
Experience working with primary human cells for assay purposes
Previous experience with developing and conducting bioassays for antibodydrug conjugate (ADC) molecules would be an asset
Established capabilities in settingup and operating laboratory equipment including multimode plate readers (e.g., Envision), imagers (e.g. IncuCyte, ArrayScan), and automated liquid handlers (e.g. Bravo) for the development of 96 and/or 384well platebased assays
Demonstrated initiative, teamwork, collaboration and passion for developing technical expertise from assay development to routine execution
A flexible mindset with strong interpersonal, communication and problemsolving skills
