Your Role:
The Heart of Our Operations

As the maestro of a dynamic team of 4-8 arborists, you'll lead, mentor,

and inspire. Your mission? To ensure our tree services are nothing short

of spectacular. Think of yourself as the conductor of an orchestra,

where every day brings a new symphony of nature to master.

What We're Looking For:
Experience & Passion: 3+ years in tree care, with a spark in your eye

when you talk about trees.

Licenses & Certifications:
ISA certification, or its equivalent. Plus, you're ready to steer the ship with a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence, Class 3 with air brakes an asset

Leadership & Skill:
Whether it's pruning giants or mastering the art of

the chainsaw, you've got it all. Plus, your leadership skills are as

strong as oak.

Your Day-to-Day:

Safety First:
Champion a culture of safety. From PPE to precise

operations, you ensure everyone goes home safe every day.

Quality & Customer Care:
Quality isn't just a goal; it's your mantra.

Your attention to detail and customer care attitude will make sure of

that.

Mentoring & Managing:
Teach, lead, and manage - you'll ensure your

team grows as strong and as steady as the trees they care for.

Work Life at TNT:

Full-Time & Fulfilling:

Regular Hours:
Monday to Friday, with 10-hour shifts. 8am to 6pm that let you soak in all the arboreal action.

Rooted in South Winnipeg. You'll be right at the heart
