Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Quoting and creating service work orders
  • Creating work schedules, booking calls and preparing parts and supplies for technicians
  • Oversee and guide all office operations and technicians in field
  • General office support/clerical duties
  • Responsible to assist in maintaining warehouse and receiving
  • Generate invoices and account statements
  • Process warranty claims
  • Communicating with vendors, distribution centers and customers
  • Manage A/R list and daily deposits

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 years of Service Management experience
  • Prior experience managing a service department, coordinating high volume service calls considered an asset
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Be skilled at multitasking while maintaining great attention to detail while working in a fastpaced environment
  • Possess exemplary leadership, coaching, management, team building and selfdisciplinary skills.
  • Have proficiency in computers
