The Revenue Operations Manager at Klue will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing revenue-related processes, aligning sales, marketing, customer success, and other teams, while driving revenue growth through data insights and strategic planning.


This role is responsible for identifying revenue opportunities, leading cross-functional initiatives, overseeing systems and data administration, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and revenue generation.

What You'll Do:

Optimize GTM Processes
  • This involves developing gotomarket strategies, streamlining the customer lifecycle, and improving sales processes
-
Drive Efficiency Through Automation and Technology
  • Evaluating and implementing tools and systems to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and enhance productivity

Ensure Data Integrity
  • Overseeing data administration, implementing data governance policies, conducting regular audits, and resolving discrepancies to ensure data accuracy

Collaborate Across Teams
  • Working with sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and other teams to centralize information, share insights, and bridge operations

Lead Revenue Optimization
  • Identifying revenue opportunities, finding efficiencies, analyzing marketing strategies, and collaborating with company leaders to strategize and implement business initiatives

Forecast Revenue
  • Building revenue forecasts, managing dashboards, and communicating business goals with teams to drive revenue growth

What We're Looking For:

Proven Experience in GTM Operations roles
-
Sales & Marketing Understanding:

  • A deep knowledge of sales and marketing principles to align efforts towards revenue goals.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

  • The ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and draw actionable insights for continuous optimization.

Technical Expertise
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, data analytics software, and other relevant tools to enhance productivity.

Communication & Leadership:


  • Strong communication skills to convey strategies clearly across teams and stakeholders for effective collaboration.

Strategic Thinking
  • Futureoriented mindset to anticipate decisions' impact on the organization and drive revenue growth initiatives

High level of Motivation & Delivery-Focus:

  • You're ambitious. Nothing feels better than getting sh*t done.

Bonus if you have experience with:

  • HubSpot or similar CRM Platforms.
  • Marketing Automation Platforms.
  • Salesloft or Outreach.
  • ZoomInfo, or similar data providers.
  • Data analytics tools

How We Work at Klue:

Hybrid. Ideally, this role would be located in Vancouver. Your team will be in office at least 2 days per week, and if you are within a reasonable commuting distance of the office, we'll see you there
