Key responsibilities:
- Managing patient experience through exceptional customer service skill
- Greeting patients upon arrival
- Take intraoral records and radiographs
- Provide exceptional assisting skills to our clinical team
- Sterilization of instruments by adhering to the RCDSO/ IPAC infection control protocols
- Operatory management
- Provide oral health education and pre/post procedural information to patients
- Assisting in all dental procedures
- Liaising with other team members as required
- Maintaining/updating patient dental records
- Managing office inventory/ stocking
- Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice
Salary:
$23.00-$25.00 per hour
