Hang, a Vietnamese restaurant and cocktail bar at the heart of Old-Montreal, is the latest project from one of the city's premiere food & beverage teams, the Jegantic Group _(Yoko Luna, Bord'Elle, The Farsides )_.

In anticipation of its opening in May 2023, Hang is currently looking for a qualified Restaurant Manager with the main goal of building and maintaining the reputation of the restaurant by ensuring the smooth running of its operations. It is their responsibility to hire, train and guide front of house staff as well as develop protocols to ensure optimal service and the strict following of rules and regulations by maintaining various of the venue's targets. Previous relevant experience is crucial for this role.
