    We're Canada's leading collective of Fractional CMOs, a passionate network of seasoned Marketing professionals with extensive experience, dedicated to making senior-level marketing expertise accessible to all companies. Our mission is to empower growing businesses to reach their full potential and expand efficiently through the use of Fractional CMOs (fCMOs) and Marketing Directors. We service clients across a variety of industries including technology, professional services and CPG, in both B2B and B2C sectors, across Canada and the United States.

    Who we're looking for:

We're looking for an ambitious air traffic controller who can oversee our day-to-day operations while being a trusted advisor to our CEO, helping us realize our vision to help more growing businesses thrive. Working cross-functionally and across internal and external stakeholders, the ideal candidate will also act as an integrator, connecting people and workflowswhile anticipating problems proactively. This new role will play a key part in taking the organisation to the next level while fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, kindness, optimism, integrity, and excellence.

    What you'll do:

    Lead day-to-day business operations, collaborating across all stakeholders including our CEO, fCMOs, Clients, Partners and Staff.

    ● Strategic Leadership & Planning

    o Help bring the company's vision and goals to life, developing a strategic plan and working cross-functionally to communicate with and empower team members, providing support and guidance as needed.

    o Collaborate with the CEO to identify and track key business performance metrics, monitoring them closely and providing regular feedback to the team to drive continuous improvement, and proactively creating plans to close any gaps.

    ● Project Management:

    o Lead our 12-week planning process and manage the calendar for work, checking in with staff regularly to ensure goals are met, working to understand any challenges and assisting in removing roadblocks.

    o Oversee various projects within the organization, from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

    o Coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources effectively, and mitigate risks to project success.

    ● Hiring & Onboarding of team members:

    o Oversee the recruitment process for various positions including interns, business development (BD) personnel, and fractional Chief Marketing Officers (fCMOs).

    o Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization seamlessly.

    ● FCMO Matching and Communications:

    o Coordinate the matching process for fCMOs to clients, ensuring optimal fit and alignment with client needs.

    o Facilitate communication channels between fCMOs and clients to maintain strong relationships and address any concerns or issues promptly.

    ● Client Onboarding & Contracts Management:

    o Manage contract lifecycle including drafting, negotiation, and execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

    o Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.

    ● Customer Success:

    o Drive the quarterly business review process with our fCMOs, ensuring each is supported to complete and deliver their review on time.

    o Develop programs to monitor and analyze customer satisfaction (CSAT) metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

    o Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction levels.

    ● Finance & Accounting:

    o Collaborate with the finance team to create and manage budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting processes.

    o Support the strategic process by reviewing financials and implementing strategic changes based on data.

    o Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be diplomatic and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

    · Experience in collaborating with leadership and executive teams to facilitate growth.

    · Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire teams.

    · Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a service, marketing, or consulting business.

    · An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

    · A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

    · Process driven with a keen eye for detail and organization.

    · Proficiency with project management tools and techniques, with superior time management skills and a demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

    · Experience in business management, with a sound understanding of financials is preferable.

    Salary: $85,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
