In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of account managers, providing guidance on policies and procedures, and overseeing operations to achieve productivity and service quality objectives. You will also identify operational issues, make recommendations, and propose solutions for continuous improvement.

Your Role in Our Organization

• Support the Senior Manager in leading a team of approximately 10 Account Managers responsible for supporting our Introducing Brokers firms.


• Act as the first point of escalation for Account Managers.


• Oversee operations to achieve productivity and service quality objectives while ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and procedures.


• Identify and promptly resolve operational issues, make recommendations, and propose solutions for continuous improvement of processes systemsand client satisfaction.
