Job Title
Strategy Transformation Program Manager


What will you do?

  • Provide Leadership and define and execute on a multiyear plan to deliver strategic transformation programs. Accountable for accelerate transformation and execution of strategic initiates and roadmaps.
  • Develops feasibility studies and proposals for senior management and executive decisions on large complex projects and simplify/ breakdown large scope of work into value delivery pieces.
  • Identifies technical and business opportunities to take advantage of cross project knowledge, best practices and reusability to expedite projects.
  • Management on the Strategic Initiatives backlog and process centralization/ governance. Including working with the initiatives leads on building business case, defining benefits, and financials forecast validation and approval submission process
  • Seeks out industry trends and organization knowledge to increase adoption and strategy alignment.
  • Facilitates schedule and cost forecasting for Strategic Initiatives and validate estimates.
  • Anticipates and quantifies IT, Business and clients benefits through main strategic initiatives.
  • Resolves complex issues and conflicts; jointly escalates to executive level where required.
  • Facilitates the integration of technology solutions.
  • Promotes innovative or improved methods to get the work done and implements best practices.
  • Prepares and delivers presentations to business and technology partners, senior management and executives selecting the appropriate approach based on the audience.
  • Resolves conflicts/issues and escalates others as appropriate. Identify antistrategy patterns and escalate for further resolution.
  • Provides senior management with timely updates on strategic program issues
  • Resolves ambiguity.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • 5+ years of experience in Management/strategy experience within a Financial Services, FinTech or technology company
  • 3+ years of experience in project design, management and implementation
  • Strong Interpersonal communications and leadership skills able to drive all the strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with the strategic goals
  • Strong ability to agility and adapt to different stakeholders and communication levels and influence Strategic delivery across Investor & Treasury Services (I&TS).
  • Strong selfmotivation, proactivity and delivery mindset.
  • Strong leadership skills able to drive teams involved, document and communicate to all participant groups, senior management, stakeholders and sponsors.

Nice-to-have

  • MBA or graduate / postgraduate or professional designations or equivalent
  • Minimum five years of deep and broad management experience with an emphasis on program management
