- Formulate and implement comprehensive business development strategies.
- Spearhead the identification of opportunities, craft pitches, and manage client responses.
- Collaborate with Sector and Practice Leaders and client team leaders to devise annual business development strategies, plans, and tactics.
- Monitor progress against objectives and manage expenditure within budgetary constraints.
- Oversee day-to-day requests for business development support (e.g., RFP submissions) and contribute to broader firm-wide initiatives on a project-by-project basis.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure seamless firm operations.
- Minimum of 5 years in business development roles, preferably in a professional services setting, ideally within a law firm.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to proactively resolve issues and navigate competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- High level of professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, punctuality, and proficiency in time and project management.
