- 2 years of prior work in a residential environment - ASSET
- Extensive background in client-centered, strength-based, harm-reduction, attachment, and trauma-informed practices - ASSET
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- MCFD Record Check (including Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check)
- Valid FoodSafe Certification
- Valid Class V BC Driver's License (Class IV preferable)
- Clean Driver's Abstract
- Driver Factor Report Number below 1.5
- Reliable Vehicle
- Valid ASIST Certification
