About This Opportunity:

As the

Workforce Forecasting Analyst, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer and employee experience by effectively delivering real-time (intra-day) management of operational resources with the purpose of optimizing the delivery of business objectives. Additionally, this role will require analytical thinking and ability to leverage data and metrics, supporting leadership in analysis and providing strategic business recommendations.


Responsibilities:


  • Create and own forecasting model, identifying inefficiencies in demand planning processes, and designing innovative solutions that highlight key demand drivers for all customers and products
  • Analyze historical and projected data to predict future supply, demand, attrition, utilization values by identifying seasonal patterns, trends and behaviors
  • Incorporate customer insights and behaviors into forecasting models
  • Identify group cohort characteristics, and incorporate into forecasting models
  • Build predictive analytics for supply, demand, and outcome characteristics
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, customer success, and operations teams
  • Develop capacity plans that consider staffing levels, equipment availability, facility utilization, and other key factors that impact capacity
  • Communicate capacity planning and forecasting results and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Assist in establish team OKRs (objectives and key results), decision prioritization and sequencing of projects
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to workforce management team members

Requirements:


  • You have strong Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets skills
  • You are organized, analytical, and creative
  • 3+ Years of Capacity Planning and Forecasting experience
  • Experience in utilizing queueing theory
  • Experience with workforce management software (Verint, Calabrio etc.)

Preferred Requirements:


  • Experience Forecasting in a SAAS environment, for new sales, renewals, professional services and support
  • Interest in growing your technical skills
  • R, SQL and/or Python Intermediate skills
  • Data Science or Statistical knowledge
