    We are looking for you, a superstar Administrator who will enhance both our team's efficiency and product support.

    We are an industry leading team with an industry leading product that's trusted by cannabis retailers. We help retailers build better menus and sell more weed by solving their menu merchandising issues.

    You are the missing piece we are looking for Together with our team, you'll assist in creating and maintaining a thriving product across North America.

    The Position

    As an Administrator, you play a pivotal role in our company's operations, with primary responsibilities encompassing billing management and operational support. In our product-driven environment, this role offers a distinctive blend of traditional administrative duties alongside an in-depth understanding of how our product serves our expanding customer base. With a strong comprehension of our product, you'll leverage your diverse skillset to enhance our team's performance by contributing to customer success and product management efforts along with your base of traditional administrative duties.

    The Necessary Skills

    • Billing Management: Oversee and manage billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
    • Operational Support: Provide comprehensive support to streamline day-to-day operations, facilitating smooth functioning across all departments.
    • Product Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of our product and its functionalities
    • Customer Success: Collaborate with our team to enhance customer satisfaction, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

    The Work Environment

    Mix of work-from-home as well as in-office (Cultivator office in Regina). The workplace culture is fast-paced and transparent as the BudSense product and customer base continues to scale.

    You will work closely with our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Director, collaborating on various initiatives to drive organizational success and further our success.

    The Compensation

    The candidate will need to work 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. We aim to cultivate an environment where flexibility supports life's demands. The successful candidate will receive annual compensation between $60-70k based on applicable job experience.
