As the Facility Assistant II, you will be responsible for assisting in the overall operation of the facility and achievement of production targets, providing leadership within the operations team.

While demonstrating an exceptionally high level of customer service and safe work practices.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

Activities will center around working with in a team in country grain elevator operations and crop input operations.
Commitment to maintaining a safe & compliant working environment, ensuring adherence to P&H Quality and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Performing exceptional customer service
Regular facility maintenance & housekeeping
23 years' experience in a general labour job, preferably in agricultural and/or farming
Experience in Health & Safety procedures and a champion for safe work environment
Ability in customer service skills.
Post-Secondary education preferably in agriculture or business would be an asset.
D-Z / AZ license or ability to obtain.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs.);
Aptitude for mechanical maintenance and repair.
Ability to operate heavy equipment offsite in customers fields.
Flexible work schedule including evenings weekends and holidays during busy periods.
Ability to work at heights.

- **Grain Elevator Operations**:Working with in the team handling grain delivered grain from farmers, drying, blending and storage, and shipping of grain back out of the facility.
