The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Coordinator will develop implement and maintain site specific and corporate aligned EHS policies and procedures conduct regular safety audits inspections risk assessments lead incident investigations root cause analysis corrective action implementation collaborate with WorkSafeNB WCB Alberta maintain knowledge of NFPA ANSI Canadian standards develop deliver safety training programs track analyze EHS metrics drive continuous improvement maintain update Job Safety Analyses Hazard Control documents ensure compliance environmental regulations including waste management air quality water discharge hazardous materials handling develop implement Environmental Management Systems sustainability initiatives liaise regulatory bodies manage permits reporting audits monitor environmental performance strategies improvement champion culture safety environmental responsibility organization serve key advisor senior leadership EHS matters facilitate continuous improvement initiatives health safety environment practices mentor support EHS team safety committee communicate HS/EHSpoliciesprocedurestraining records prepare submit required regulatory reports communicate EHSpolicyperformanceinternal external stakeholders conduct frequent internal auditsehsprogram.Job description
