world-class, in-house creative team, your team would plan and execute compelling marketing campaigns and optimize our digital efforts to help fuel the growth of an

What you'll do:

Lead a relentlessly driven team of marketers with a
focus on growth and scalability through a strong brand lens:
Help drive Helcim's brand marketing efforts by helping to build, communicate, reinforce, and activate the Helcim brand across channels and communications
Working with inhouse creative and video teams to
create memorable and compelling brand awareness campaigns that eat up relevant impression share and support conversion activity
Drive a robust engine of growth for Helcim and it's industryleading offering and ensure the team is
maximizing the impact of all performance marketing activities
Develop and
scale baseline digital marketing channels such as paid social, SEO, SEM, PPC, and programmatic
Build out
unique, personalized, creative digital campaigns from endtoend
Working with an embedded Content Team to
drive a winning digital content strategy:
Foster and encourage a mindset of
unceasing experimentation and rigorous testing across the digital marketing function

Explore new customer acquisition opportunities and retention channels while maintaining and improving baseline metrics

Manage, monitor, and optimize our
paid media budgets and forecasts:
Foster an environment of accountability and drive toward pushing our KPIs in the right direction, while optimizing spend

Who You Are

An
experienced, wellrounded Digital Marketer with a broad range of experience across channels and activities with a demonstrated ability to set and execute digital strategy
An excellent,
valuesdriven people manager with a "playercoach" mentality you are just as comfortable leading and setting strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves and executing
Endlessly curious marketer with a knack for data and driving KPIs
Demonstrated
experience in all aspects of leadgen and demandgen including content strategy, paid search, social media and video ads, SEO, PPC, partnerships, and programmatic
A
deep understanding of the data and analytics that successfully power growth from digital channels
