    As a Leasing Host-Residential, you will be the first point of reference in the building lobby for prospective and future tenants. You will greet and provide assistance, as well as provide targeted information with the intention of creating a positive and memorable experience for all.

    This role requires an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about creating welcoming experiences and helping people find their perfect home.

    • Welcome visitors/prospective residents, register them as guests, establish rapport gathering information about their current living situation
    • Maintain standards throughout rental offices display suites professionalism cleanliness organization
    • Perform administrative duties data entry emailing daily reports
