NAOS North America is seeking a Sales representative for its Institut esthederm's brand, based in Vancouver.


MAIN MISSIONS:


  • Execute gotomarket strategies for new launches and innovations, including presentation and execution in the field.
  • Manage established clientele, with retailers and spa in Canada, in a given geographic area, for a leading brand in the skin care category.
  • Analyze data and identify business opportunities.
  • Establish strategies to exceed sales objectives in its territory
  • Promote the brand image at store level.
  • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, finance, logistics) to provide exceptional service to our partners.
  • Animate, represent, promote and sell NAOS brand products in the Territory
  • Help our existing partners to optimize their sales through the training of their teams and the followup of their sales
  • Identify new accounts in line with our strategy and brand image, prospect them, support the opening of the account.
  • Other related tasks

EDUCATION AND COMPETENCIES

  • BAA or equivalent;
  • Relevant experience in sales/representation/merchandising in the skin care/spa industry accompanied by knowledge of distribution channels is an asset.
  • Possess strong business acumen and have excellent communication and negotiation skills, you are ambitious, demonstrate leadership and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Prospection and negociation skills
  • Having a book of contact in the spa industry
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
  • Good team spirit and sense of collaboration
  • Excellent customer service
  • Autonomy
