About the role


This position involves
leading a small team, collaborating with various departments and external partners, and making data-driven decisions to drive marketing and company success.

This role will be equal parts
visionary strategy and
roll-up-your-sleeves execution, and will be an in-person position based out of our Sherwood Park, Alberta, office.


  • Create, implement, and execute the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Champion the growth of our overall marketing efforts, directly contributing to an increase in sales and the further expansion of our company.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to define key market segments, competitive positioning, and value propositions.
  • Utilize a mix of online and offline channels to maximize reach and engagement, identifying and suggesting new innovative strategies to increase the number of client inquiries, as well as building on existing initiatives.
  • Bring a creative and innovative approach to attracting new customers with outsidethenorm ideas.
  • Lead by example and actively engage in the execution of marketing tasks, rolling up your sleeves to support the team with account based marketing initiatives, website improvements, channel marketing, content creation, social media management, event coordination, and more.
  • Be able to make datadriven decisions to enhance effectiveness and ROI for all marketing efforts.
  • Think critically about strategy, and be comfortable making suggestions to improve any area of the business.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work well in a team, to build off the ideas of others, and be open to constructive feedback on their work.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
  • Emphasize crossfunctional collaboration to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and broader company objectives.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and handson training to team members to foster their growth and development.

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience in B2B or SaaS environments, specifically with digital marketing, SEO, inbound marketing techniques, customer funnels, and content creation
  • 2+ years of experience directly leading and growing a team, showing positive results and achievements
  • Have experience with digital marketing techniques, including Google ads, onpage SEO, keyword research, inbound marketing strategies, etc.
  • Display a strong ability to think strategically creating clear goals and breaking down the tasks into actionable plans
  • Showcase a successful track record of designing and executing projects, on time, on budget and exceeding expectations
  • Demonstrate a history of conversion optimization across all projects not just coming up with great ideas, but getting results
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms

Salary ranges are based on experience, reflecting the unique skillset each individual brings to the role.
