Full Job Description
This job is a 2-year contract to cover maternity leave.

It is 4 days a week:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday


Hours are:
8-4:30. A permanent position will be offered if the employee is a good fit.


Required qualifications:


  • Excellent communication skills and strong empathetic and interpersonal skills
  • Great organizational skills, accuracy, prioritization, and multitasking with ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Knowledge in Accuro EMR is a plus but not required
  • College Medical Office Administration Diploma and basic medical knowledge terminology is required. Equivalent diploma will be considered
  • Previous experience as MOA is preferred

Here is the job description:


  • Greet patients on arrival, check them in and update their demographics
  • Schedule appointments and do reminder calls as per clinic's policies
  • Manage incoming documents, and scan and link documents to patient's chart
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail as needed
  • Follow Public Health and clinic policies for prevention of infections
  • Keep the clinic in good shape
  • Help ordering supplies

$35.50-$38.02 per hour
