This is a independent contractor position, meaning you set your rate of pay and desired schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized fitness training sessions to clients based on their individual goals and needs
• Develop and implement effective workout programs that target specific muscle groups and promote overall fitness
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure clients are using correct form to prevent injuries
• Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and encouragement
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to training programs as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized training area

Requirements:

• Personal Training Certification
• Strong leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate clients
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently schedule and manage your client appointments
• Strong communication skills to effectively explain exercises, provide feedback, and answer client questions
• Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience
• Professional Liability Insurance
