Qualifications:

Knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation, various cooking methods, and food safety regulations
Experience as a prep cook or line cook is preferred
Warm and welcoming personality
Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment
Can prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Comfortable working during peak foodretail hours (evenings, weekends and holidays)
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Role and Responsibilities:

Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food products
Team member training and coaching to achieve operational standards
Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation
Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
Handling customer service inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
Embrace and champion the use of real ingredients to produce real food

Wage: $ $20.00 / hour
